2. Clinical Responsibility

AI-generated documentation (Dragon Copilot) must be reviewed and attested by the responsible licensed clinician before finalization. The clinician bears full responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of all documentation they sign.

3. Prohibited Actions

You may not access records for patients outside your active treatment relationship, share login credentials, attempt to extract or export data in bulk, or use the system for any purpose other than providing or supporting clinical care.

4. Audit and Monitoring

All system activity is logged including record access, modifications, and login events. These logs are reviewed regularly and may be used in investigations of unauthorized access or HIPAA violations.

5. Session Security

Always sign out before leaving your workstation. Never share your password. Report suspected security incidents immediately to your IT administrator.
